Freshlearn is the best online course platform

A very easy & user friendly platform. The best part is you can get the best of the features at a very affordable price. Also their human support system one that is surely required in the initial days for any course creator. I would recommend to everyone to start with Freshlearn for their online courses offering.

No customer support, can not recommend for small service based owners.

Would not recommend. Do not trust the sales team, you will simply be ignored.

Pros:

I thought the cost was a pro of Fresh Learn, the first call was very helpful. Little did I know that after the initial sales call that is where your service ends.

Cons:

There is absolutely no service with Fresh Learn. I asked multiple times for a refund after a bug caused my subscription to be altered at the check out. I was promised the refund and have since been ghosted. I then tried to use the platform (as I have paid inadvertantly for an entire year) and I have found the service to be below expectations. Students have been unable to navigate around the site and I have had to change platforms to ensure they get the product they signed up for.

I would never choose or recommend freshlearn again.

Reasons for switching to FreshLearn

I made the switch due to the cost, but I will be moving straight back to Teachable. They have a solid support team to help with bug fixes and issues with the site. Should not have switched at all.

Whenever I ask for help, it is available and very helpful. As a layman in the programming field, I feel well supported and the solution is surprisingly simple.

Cons:

I miss a complete overview of how everything is linked together. Short connections are easy to follow via all utilities, but small steps would help me more.

Easy to use

They are helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They migrated my course from Thinkific for me, everything is on Freshlearn now without me having to do anything! This is great! and unexpected. They are also migrating my course membership for me.

My experience with Freshlearn so far is awesome! I love that I can talk to a live person. Customer service is great!

So far I don't have any. Currently everything is working fine.

Reasons for switching to FreshLearn

Because of the new Thinkific payment plan, which automatically charged tax to my students, when I could not charge tax as I don't have a tax number. So where is that tax money going? it all seemed shady and I was unable to speak to a real person they never got back to me about this situation when I asked them under which tax number they were charging my students.

Highly recommend this product, still takes some effort. Be patient creating a course if it you first time

Very happy, the reps are very personable and very available. New users though have to patient creating a course, it is not as easy as punching buttons, 1,2,3. It is easier after you create your first course.

FreshLearn gets back to me promptly and answers all my questions and is genuinely concerned. The price is very reasonable compared to the other lms systems

Cons:

Maybe the online instructions can be more thorough. Maybe more stop by step instructions about for example 'how to connect a Stripe account' or' how to link from an outside website to your course.. Have a step by step instructions for subjects that commonly arise.
