About CLOUDBRIXX. REAL

CLOUDBRIXX GmbH, founded in 2015, offers a modular cloud software for property and real estate management with its SaaS solution.

The core functions are budget and cost controlling to carry out all measures that arise during the construction or inventory phase of a property and are related to small, delivery, craftsman, service provider, construction or planner orders. All building services are inventoried, and maintenance and inspections are planned and carried out using a maintenance calendar. All results are documented in an audit-proof manner so that the requirements of operator responsibility are always met. CLOUDBRIXX thus brings together all project participants - portfolio, asset, property & facility managers - on a central digital platform across companies.

CLOUDBRIXX customers are owners or owner representatives of capital- and asset-managing companies. The users of the software are asset, property, facility managers and project developers.

CLOUDBRIXX improves project communication between all participants by using only one platform.

    Auf dem Weg zum "technischen Avatars" in der Immobilienbranche mit CloudBrixx im S4FIRE-Template

    Grundsätzlich sind wir sehr zufrieden mit dem bisherigen Leistungsumfang von CloudBrixx in unserem HIH/IRS Immobilien Software-Ökosystem (S4FIRE = Software für Finance + Real Estate). Trotzdem braucht es natürlich noch gewissen funktionale Erweiterungen und eine weiter Öffnung einzelner Schnittstellen zu diversen am Markt gefragten "Sub- und Stammdaten führenden Systeme" der Immobilienbranche. (z.B. ESG, Buchhaltungs-, Reporting und BI-Systeme)Diese oben genannten Erweiterungen des Leistungsumfangs von CloudBrixx, wurden in einem PoC (Proof of Concept) unter Beteiligung der HIH/IRS-Fachbereiche mit CloudBrixx gemeinsam erarbeitet und befindet sich nun in der Phasenweisen Umsetzung. CloudBrixx wird operativ nun bereits seit zwei Jahren für die technische Bewirtschaftung von Immobilien der HIH-Gruppe genutzt und dies bereits sehr erfolgreich und zielführend.Bis Ende 2023 werden sämtliche Fonds der HIH, von iX-Haus Plus nach CloudBrixx migriert sein.

Protokoll + Mahnwesen)- Revisionssichere Datenablage - Übersicht Technische Anlagen und Instandhaltung Maßnahmen- Verwaltung Technischer Objekte (WP/PP inkl. Mängel und GWL)

    Da fällt mir wenig ein, außer dass auch in der Zusammenarbeit als Entwicklungspartner, gute Ideen und neue Ansätze zur Verbesserung und zielgenauen Anpassung einer Software - einfach Zeit brauchen.Aber dies spricht eher für eine ordentliche und für alle nachhaltige Vorgehensweise und somit absolut unserem Ansatz.

    Um Stammdaten valide erfassen, bearbeiten und via intelligenter Schnittstellen zwischen unseren Systemen (primär jetzt CloudBrixx, SAP, DocuWare, BISonBox) austauschen zu können, ist eine Fachabteilungsübergreifend abgestimmte Konzeption, der neuen Prozesse und Funktion- sowie Arbeitsweisen notwendig gewesen, diese konnte zielführend mit CloudBrixx abgestimmt und schrittweise entwickelt werden.Über diese neue zentrale Datenplattform (welche bei uns seit 2 Jahren nun schon operativ genutzt wird und schrittweise weiter aufgebaut wird) soll zunehmend eine stets nachvollziehbare, systeminterne und übergreifende Kommunikation zwischen dem Fond-, Asset- und Property Management, bis hin zu externen Dienstleistern ermöglicht werden. Hierbei geht es primär darum, dass Daten der „realen Immobilien“ in die „digitalen Zwillinge“ einfließen und von dort aus konsolidiert und zielgerichtet zur Verfügung gestellt werden können. Diese integrative Fähigkeit von CloudBrixx - hatte nach unserem Ermessen, keines der Alternativprodukte.

    Sehr guter Support und persönliche Ansprechpartner. Zudem deckt Cloudbrixx ein breites Feld ab und bietet für viele Anwendungsfälle das passende Modul. Wir nutzen für unsere Prozesse am intensivsten das Modul Aufträge&Budgets. Ein großer Vorteil ist zudem das Pricing, welches unabhängig ist von dem Projektvolumen.
    Cons:
    Wir wünschen uns noch ein paar zusätzliche Features. Jedoch ist die Weiterentwicklung von Cloudbrixx sehr agil und es erscheinen regelmäßig neue Funktionen.
