Estesys is a cloud-based business management system designed for subcontractors in residential and commercial construction. This solution aims to help subcontractors save time while managing daily business operations. It combines CRM tools, inventory management, estimating, job scheduling, work orders, job costing, commission tracking, plus more. Estesys' technology runs on Microsoft Azure SQL servers and is compatible with Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

The built-in CRM tool allows administrators to add customer information and attach documents, contracts, and photos to customer files. The tool will also keep track of all customer history, including estimates, jobs, invoices, and payments. Additionally, when creating job proposals for customers, administrators can use job phase calculations, custom price formats, or gross margin markup percentages that show the costs for material, labor, and labor burden. Estesys offers a mobile app where installers can access all work orders details, check-in/out of job sites, and update job costing.
