About Estesys

Estesys is a cloud-based business management system designed for subcontractors in residential and commercial construction. This solution aims to help subcontractors save time while managing daily business operations. It combines CRM tools, inventory management, estimating, job scheduling, work orders, job costing, commission tracking, plus more. Estesys' technology runs on Microsoft Azure SQL servers and is compatible with Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

The built-in CRM tool allows administrators to add customer information and attach documents, contracts, and photos to customer files. The tool will also keep track of all customer history, including estimates, jobs, invoices, and payments. Additionally, when creating job proposals for customers, administrators can use job phase calculations, custom price formats, or gross margin markup percentages that show the costs for material, labor, and labor burden. Estesys offers a mobile app where installers can access all work orders details, check-in/out of job sites, and update job costing.

Easy to Use

Working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] on this has been great. He is incredibly responsive and gives us tremendous support when we need it. He is quick to make changes to the custom forms as we need them. As a company that sells multiple products (Insulation, Gutter Systems, and Gas Fireplaces) it covers all of them for us which makes it so simple for us to use.

Pros:

For our company this software allows us to quickly and accurately develop custom proposals. From an operations standpoint, it allows us to quickly and easily print multiple work orders and invoices at a time so we do not get bogged waiting for printing. We are able to keep track of all our inventory and quickly adjust pricing.

No integrated accounts payable feature yet.

Pros:

Estesys provides a complete management solution from initial inquiry through Receivables. Unlike many construction software solutions, Esteys includes inventory management and true job cost. Work flow is intuitive and easy to train new users.

Cons:

If Estesys had map-based crew scheduling, it would be complete.
