Gate Three is an integrated cloud-based construction management solution provided by EllisDon. Key features of Gate Three includes design, estimation, bid management, budgeting, contracting, constructing, billing, commissioning and facilities management.

Gate Three integrates estimating, accounting and scheduling tools and provides a single data store for data management. During implementation, the system can be configured to support a company’s business processes and workflows. With a configurable workflow and a single source of data, project teams can collaborate with stakeholders including owners, consultants, subcontractors, general contractors.

With Gate Three, users can also manage and track project costs which are automatically allocated to subcontractor contracts and to owner/client progress payments. Users can also manage payroll by both salary and hourly with designated workflow for any changes.

Gate Three is suitable for medium to large-sized general contractors. Support is provided via phone and email.
