Zingle is a cloud-based SMS messaging platform that allows users to communicate with their customers via text message and other mobile messaging channels. It is suitable for businesses of all sizes.
Key features include contacts management, automated messages, a team inbox, multi-channel messaging and advanced reporting and analytics. Zingle’s team inbox enables users to receive real-time messaging across all channels. Users can use saved templates to respond to various types of queries. The system also supports 90+ languages.
Users can create dynamic segments of their contacts based on customized policies. Zingle also allows users to create custom fields when adding contacts. An automated workflow engine enables users to automate communication with customers.
Additional features include internal notes, contact export/import, emojis, MMS and animated GIF support. Zingle support offers FAQs, a knowledge base, online support and video tutorials.

Zingle changed how we communicate with our customers

It's streamlined so much of our everyday communication with our customers. It's also enabled us to reach a broader audience of leads because we're far more likely to get a reply via text than via email or phone. Even if someone asks to retract their application with us, they're more likely to tell us via text, so we have fewer applicants that never respond to us.
