Pros:

Accessible employees and [sensitive content hidden], very receptive to feedback, FAST FAST FAST innovation and creativity and best of all, constanlty releasing many necessary and incredibly features.

Cons:

At the moment, their contact manager. It needs some serious work to become friendly, which I'm told is getting addressed shortly. If that can happen, with continued automation improvements, this will be everyting I need.

A Great Alternative Way to Connect With People In the Digital Age

I have used CardClan to send simple thank you cards from job interviews to sessions where I have met people over a call. It's a great and simple way to thank someone outside of the generic, boring thank you e-mail. The support team even sends holiday cards that you can replicate or use as ideas to send as your own. I really appreciate that extra touch offered by CardClan. It's not a spam e-mail, just an e-mail wishing you a great holiday, much more personal. Nothing pushy.

Pros:

CardClan has a plethora of templates you can use and customize to your liking for any occasion. Templates range from Thanksgiving to other holidays and employee-type cards. The interface is simple and intuitive to use. There are additional features teams may use, like team accounts and such, but for someone looking to send a simple thank you card, this has worked wonders!

Cons:

If you are on the base plan, cards are sent from the default CardClan e-mail that might go into the receiver's junk inbox. In that regard, I recommend going to the tier that allows you to choose your e-mail domain.

Pros:

CardClan helps you get attention in your recipients' inboxes since digital "greeting" cards are still rare. Multiple people can "sign" the card, as with paper cards.

Cons:

The emails that contain the cards can't currently be customized as much as the cards themselves.
