    Works with the Nextiva call center app and is a good add-on to track customer service requests.
    Cons:
    The UI needs a refresh and needs to be more customizable like Salesforce

    It is cost effective and overall pretty simple to use. We can track information online and receive email updates.
    Cons:
    It is hard to put a permanent hold on the account. It also can be very difficult to program a new phone.

    Nextiva was a temporary solution for our office needs, which required mobile staff making phone calls and sending text messages. They were able to set up services with us successful.
    Cons:
    Nextiva was not a good fit for our office. Employees experiences dropped calls, and a customer service rep even told us once that their mobile app was not good--instead we should use the desktop app.
