About Selly Erp

Selly Erp is a customer relationship management and sales development platform. The software handles all stages of the sales pipeline. To form activity plans, users can import data from leads to contacts and company profiles to activities. Through analysis of transaction types and levels, it provides additional information on specific sales opportunities. Stock updates, estimates, product valuations, order tracking, and electronic invoicing are all incorporated to streamline the sales process. The system supports procurement, sales, and purchase management. Warehouse data is included for stock assessment and optimization. It provides summary overviews on the main dashboard, featuring key data and pattern visualizations to support better decision-making. Selly Erp is designed to integrate with Google Workspace apps, including Gmail, Drive, and Calendar. The web-based software is fully cloud-based, and the platform is only available with an Italian language interface.

    A distanza di mesi posso dire che l'esperienza è molto positiva, rispetto alla gestione che utilizzavo non c'è proprio paragone.

    Dopo un ovvio lasso di tempo per entrare nell'ottica del funzionamento di Selly direi che la cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è avere tutto quello che serve come gestionale in un unico posto. Quindi gestione clienti, appuntamenti, note, mail, preventivi , fatture ecc ecc.
    Cons:
    Sembrerebbe non adatto agli studi tecnici invece con qualche accorgimento e l'aiuto soprattutto dell'assistenza che è veramente fantastica sono riuscito a "cucire" il software alle mie esigenze.

    La decisione di cambiare è nata dall'esigenza di avere tutta la gestione anche di più attività nello stesso posto. Ho provato altri prodotti e alla fine sono arrivato a Selly Erp e devo dire che grazie alla disponibilità dell'assistenza anche ad assecondare le mie esigenze penso che ho trovato quello che cercavo.

La necessità era quella di trovare un software in grado di gestire dalla A alla Z i processi di vendita dei nostri clienti (dall'acquisizione del potenziale cliente all'emissione della fattura). In SellyErp abbiamo individuato un enorme potenziale e lavorando con il loro Team eccezionale siamo riusciti a ottenere un prodotto unico nel suo genere, che ci ha permesso di fornire ai nostri clienti una soluzione alle loro esigenze, assolutamente consigliato!

    La possibilità di creare report personalizzati molto avanzati, che consentono di estrapolare dati essenziali per ogni imprenditore, come per esempio il costo per lead suddiviso per i vari canali di acquisizione (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc), il costo di ogni appuntamento, il costo di ogni vendita, quanti lead occorrono per effettuare un appuntamento piuttosto che una vendita, e molto, molto, molto altro ancora. Misurando questi KPI si possono porre degli obiettivi di miglioramento su tutti i reparti dell'azienda così da poter scalare il proprio business monitorando i numeri, che come amo dire "non mentono mai".
    Cons:
    Onestamente non ho degli inconvenienti da segnalare, in quanto il Team di SellyErp è sempre stato disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste fornendoci supporto e soprattutto soluzioni.

    Un prodotto semplice da usare, completo nei risultati

    Dopo anni di utilizzo di un software "fatto in casa" e quindi calzato al 100% sulla nostra organizzazione, mi sembrava impossibile poter trovare un prodotto realizzato da terzi che soddisfacesse appieno le nostre esigenze , mentre grazie a SellyErp mi sono dovuto ricredere!

    Il prodotto è molto versatile e consente davvero una gestione completa di tutte attività proprie del ciclo attivo: anagrafica clienti, gestione contatti/offerte/ordini, fatturazione e controllo incassi (necessità che a suo tempo ci spinsero a cercare un software cloud).
    Cons:
    Sarebbe utile poter configurare i menu eliminando (se non altro dalla vista) funzioni che non utilizziamo. Per il resto.....TOP

    Il vecchio software non era cloud e non consentiva la consultazione da remoto. Inoltre era stato sviluppato "in casa" e assorbiva risorse per la sua manutenzione.

    Cercavo un prodotto per fare analisi inizialmente, avevo appena aperto l'azienda e ho scaricato la versione gratuita che andava benissimo. Successivamente mi sono trovato a far partire l'azienda e a rendermi conto che mi serviva qualcosa di più che uno strumento di analisi e da lì ho trovato, con il supporto degli sviluppatori, tutte le opzioni che mi necessitano per fare funzionare un'azienda presa tra clienti, fornitori, magazzino, incassi ecc.
    Cons:
    Non c'è nulla che non mi piaccia, ogni mia esigenza ha sempre trovato soluzione

    riesco a gestire le vendite dell'azienda dall'A alla Z, l'unico problema principale che vedo tutt'ora é l'aftersale - quindi reportistica limitata e difficoltá di gestione dei pagamenti/incassi

    Permette di tracciare in modo semplice, ma dettagliato il flusso aziendale (dal preventivo all'incasso delle fatture) ed è stato facile integrarlo alle nostre esigenze. Grazie al supporto e alla spiegazione dei tecnici l'utilizzo del gestionale si è rivelato intuitivo e chiaro. Aiuta a seguire la correttezza del flusso di lavoro da parte di tutto il team aziendale

    Un'incoveniente che abbiamo riscontrato è che a volte, dopo il salvataggio dei dati dei clienti, in automatico veniva inserito uno spazio finale nella P. IVA, che creava di conseguenza lo scarto delle fatture emesse.
