Vistio is a live on-screen guidance solution, designed to help small to large enterprises manage client interactions and maintain the performance of contact centers.

Vistio enables agents to manage clients’ queries across multiple channels, reduce call escalations and authenticate callers correctly. Team members can determine customer issues while confirming adherence to process and compliance language. It generates telemetry data, which lets managers analyze call center performance in real-time, recognise top performers and identify frequent topics and questions. The solution automatically generates call notes and disposition calls, offers guidance to agents by adding instructions inside workflows and manages them through interim workarounds.

Vistio offers API-based integration with several third-party CRM, back-office, chat and ticketing systems. It is available on annual subscription and support is extended via phone and email.
