CUX.io gather all data but focuses only on data relevant to a business goal. Thanks to pre-analysis the application sends alerts, indicating places of customer frustration, presents the scale of potential problems and prepares data for ready-made and easy-to-implement solutions also known as quick-wins.

CUX.io detects, defines, and recognizes users' frustration points such as rage clicks, extensive page refreshing, or zooming content. Those Experience Metrics enable cux.io to predict places on the Customer Journey that needs improving to give a better customer experience and increase sales and revenue.

The analytics tool presents 3 types of heatmaps, entire visit recordings - even if they spread through multiple tabs, historical data, data from auto-capture events, experience metrics, and goal-oriented evaluations. CUX.io is integrated with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, resulting in codeless website implementation without the need to engage developers.

    A great combination of Heatmaps and User Activity

    The great thing for us about Cux is that it allowed us to combine two former tools. Our heatmaps tool and our event tracking tool.
    Cons:
    Could have some more plug and play integrations with other data platforms. But for us it's not so bad as we just used their API

    Pros:
    One of the biggest pros of CUX for me is possibility to work with it on my own, without constantly sending requests to developers. I can set almost any goal, segment or filter using only CUX and WebDevTools in Chrome. Retroactive analysis also came out very useful - especially in the beginning when I was not sure what exactly I need to measure and later as I started to dig dipper - for quick checking my hypothesis.And of course I have to mention CUX excellent support - they are always there to answer all my questions, help with solving some tricky problems/setups, listen to my suggestions.
    Cons:
    You definetely have to understand WHY do you need this tool - as any other analysis software there are no magic dashboard/set of data that will tell you everything about your website in one click. You need basic understandig about how your website is built, what are your strategic goals, how you approach problems - the magic is in your mindset, not in metrics. And because CUX offering some innovative way of working with data for UX purposes - you may need some time first to fully understand how to use this tool in it's full potential.

    It was a short evaluation period but the tool has really cool features. It does what it should. Thanks to this tool I was able to determine what my customers do on the website and which parts of my app are causing the issues when it comes to the UI.
