Hello, Retently offers a subscription-based service with a 7-day trial, extendable once. Since November, you've created six trial accounts using different domains. During your trials, we reached out over 15 times for onboarding support, but these attempts were unanswered. We also conducted one demo and one setup call to assist you further. We shared comprehensive resources in the call and follow-up. Despite this, you have initiated subsequent support requests on the exact topics already provided during both calls and the follow-up resources. It's essential to understand that the plan you sought, the Basic plan, is self-service. While we provide resources and support, it's designed for those comfortable managing their accounts independently. We concluded that our services might not align with your needs and recommended platforms that might be a better fit, including those offering free plans. Thank you for considering Retently, and we wish you success in finding a suitable service.

I felt good about how my customers thought of my business, but it was wonderful to see it in print. I also realize that I should be able to convert much of the feedback into Google reviews and increase my rankings. That will get me to the top of my page.
