Definitely recommend

I’ve been receiving giftmall cards from giftmate as a bonus for cooperating with my business partner. Never heard of giftmate prior to that, though the experience was enjoyable and I even bought gift cards from them for my colleagues’ birthdays as well.

Enjoyable experience from start to finish

I received a multibrand gift card from Giftmate as part of a loyalty program from a cosmetic brand I use. Initially, I wasn’t familiar with it, but I quickly found their website. It was incredibly easy to transfer the value from the multibrand card to the brand I wanted (I chose Allegro). I hope more companies start offering these universal gifts because, sometimes, brand-specific rewards can be impractical. I would definitely be pleased to receive Giftmate gift cards again in the future.

Very user-friendly, no need to contact support to exchange Giftmall card for merchant-specific gift cards, ready for immediate use.

Cons:

None to mention, although adding more brands would be a great enhancement.

Multi-card gives me flexibility to exchange it to any branded card or split balance between a few branded cards, it's super convenient. Big amount of partners in Poland is also a great plus

Giftmate platform is super easy to use. My favorite feature is gifting personalization, it helps us to add personal messages when sending gifts to our loyal clients as well as when recognizing some specific achievements of our employees. wide international cards catalogue is also great advantage of the service - it's crucial for us cause allows to handle gifting almost worldwide.

Cons:

don't see any cons actually. I didn't have any problems with giftmate service

Using as incentives for social media activities

Perfect find for those who handle a lot of giveaways or other similar marketing activities. There is always a need for relevant gifts and that’s how we started working with giftmate. There are many merchants represented in their marketplace giftmall, we use certificates from various brand for our giveaways depending on the subject of them. We often use their multibrand card too, participants love it.

after we start using giftmate as a tool to improve our customer's engagement and loyalty, we registered positive dynamic in NPS and general lifetime value. Important that tool has reporting functionality, so I can check gifting campaigns performance and track budget.
