Pros:

Raaft is a quick, reliable way of reducing customer churn and the time you spend dealing with offboarding customers. I appreciated the ease of setup, fast and professional support and ability to make it look like our brand.

Cons:

The tech docs were a little ambiguous, but this was very quickly cleared up by a chat with support.
