Pros:

each of use and integration were a plus but the real gain is in the insight across the whole enterprise environment

Cons:

the way it can handle duplicates but the customer support and engineering team have helped us to overcome those issues after our feedback

Excellent cyber threat protection solution

A delight to use. Great team supporting the product. We most certainly feel that we are in excellent hands with the support of the ThreatAware team.

Pros:

Brings together our wide portfolio of cyber security tools and cloud systems, allowing us to have one pane of glass for better understanding of our security posture, risks and opportunities.

Cons:

Very little to dislike about the product to be honest. Sometimes, very useful features need to be explained rather than discovered intuitively.

Reasons for switching to ThreatAware

At the start of the COVID pandemic, Darktrace didn't provide oversight of our home-based workforce outside the office environment. Now that we've switched to ThreatAware, there's very little driving us back to Darktrace, or to look for other options.

Pros:

Its ease of use and simplicity in reading the information which is presented. The clean layout of the UI and the ability to easily tag/label assets. As ThreatAware consolidates data from various sources, it is an excellent At-a-glance view of our technology estate

Cons:

Although every product has room for improvement, so far the team here have not complained about any of the features or raised any concerns about ThreatAware's performance

Threataware - Excellent cyber hygiene solution

Overall I am very happy with Threataware as a product and it saves a lot of time from an administrative point of view. They are constantly innovating and bringing newly requested features so I look forward to seeing what the product transforms into in the years to come.

Pros:

All businesses have issues maintaining cyber hygiene on all devices no matter the size of them. With Threatware this is done easily with incredible customer service. It allows you to collate all relevant alerts across your entire estate into one dashboard whilst creating an incredible user, software and device inventory which can be seen as a replacement to the traditional asset spreadsheet.

Cons:

Currently there is nothing I dislike with the software. We are in early stages so there are some solutions we utilise which currently are unable to integrate with Threatware but we are working with the Threataware developers and support team to achieve this. Their support team are very prompt and personable.

Excellent product and great team behind the scenes.

The Threat Aware team have been fantastic every time I have spoken with them, always happy to help with any question about Threat Aware and linking additional tools into the platform. The product itself works well and does exactly what it says on the tin. I can only see this product getting even better over time.

Pros:

Setting up Threat Aware couldn't have been simpler. It's as easy as signing in with your admin account to office 365 portal. Setup literally took minutes. It shows you a great overview of what needs the most focus and you can deep dive into so much information which is so easy to access.

Cons:

It would be great if remediation options were available directly from the Threat Aware dashboard but it's currently just used as a monitoring tool.
