It's great to have an easy tool to make so many powerful actions. We're planning to byu more screens for our different offices.

Pros:
It's easy to create the playlists, and the templates are very helpful. The plugins make it more beatiful to the costumers to see and it's awesome to use YouTube Playlists, so we can make a cozy ambient with relaxing songs.
Cons:
For now, not a thing I like least. It's helping us a lot in our company. Just need to know how to make the RSS function look more integrated to the screen.

1st Digital Signage attempt

Very solid. Their marketing did not oversell the features and their novice level tutorials and explanations were spot on. I was set up quickly and with no pain. Getting a free screen is a huge plus as well.

Pros:
Intuitive interface and quick setup - I was starting an evaluation of digital signage products for the dive shop I work at. I was looking for (hopefully) free and easy adminstration since I was setting it up for non-technical people. Play was the first Google hit on search and I didn't need to go any further. I had a screen linked and some trial slides set up in about 15 minutes. The playlist editor has a Powerpoint feel and should be easy for anyone who has created any kind of presentation before. Linking to screen and setting up a schedule was intuitive and help screens were helpful and to the point.
Cons:
The playlist editor is a bit clunky, especially the text editor. I was trying to do mulitline lists in a single text box with different point sizes and formatting on each line and was unable. The solution was to create individual text boxes which works ok but makes editing content a bit more tedious. The auto-alignment and spacing feature worked super well though so everything is lined up nice.

The product has been improved since we first started using it. The user interface is great and we can upload multiple types of media which is great because more than one team member contributes and we all don't upload the same type of media.
Cons:
I wish that once we have uploaded media, we could download the media we uploaded... not a big deal really, it would just be a convenience.

Professional signs, even for a beginner!

We have used this for our menu boards for two years now. They are easy to adjust and keep our customers attention. They are professional looking and are always customized with exactly what we want on there.

We love the versatility and ability to make our signs stand out and grab attention. Having custom displays at our business is awesome and it would not be as nice looking without Play!
Cons:
It took a little bit to learn the ins and outs, but once you get the hang of it the sky is the limit. Once you have the basics of what you want I found that experimenting with it makes learning a bit easier.

Pros:
I just started using Play Signage in my laundromat to help cross promote the various services we offer. Printed signs were costly and any change in messaging meant additional expenses. Play was easy to set up and navigate from uploading content to publishing the playlist. I have also been able to add local weather info next to my content, and displayed content can be changed at any time. Having the screens go dark while the store is closed removes the need for my staff to turn the tv on and off. The ability to add screens at a fixed price helps keep the initial costs low as we fine tune our messaging and add screens. Their customer service has been fantastic. Responses to questions via chat are almost always in real time.
Cons:
So far we haven't encountered any bugs, and any issues we've experienced have been explained and answered.

Very comprehensive and full featured product, and you can start out for free. Paid versions allow for management of multiple screens, but otherwise all the features are available. Supports a variety of video players, from inexpensive sticks to Windows PC. Easy to use and deploy.
Cons:
I love that the first screen is free. You can fully test out the product without the need to enter a credit card and then the hassle of attempting to cancel before being billed. If you need to manage additional screens then that is a paid subscription, but the pricing is $8 screen and very reasonable.

My experience with Play Digital has been great. I tried other programs including Samsungs proprietary app and Play Digital is, by far, the easiest to install and quickly set up.

Play Digital is easy to learn and use. I use it on a Samsung Tizen and it was easy to install. I tried a few other apps before finding Play Digital and they were not as easy to use and install. I also appreciate Play Digital's library of Help Files.
Cons:
I would like to see a few more plugins with more options for displaying photos and videos. I would also like to see the Capta app more fully integrated with Play.

The Best Option Out There

My overall experience was intuitive after initial start up hiccups. Once settled creating my graphic was simple and allowed me to do exactly what I set out to do with my space. Big thank you to Justas for his excellent customer support.

Play Digital Storage has had the most intuitive UI I have yet seen when shopping around for applications to use for an informative display on my display. Creating an interesting visual was easy with their templates and I was able to create something stylish very quickly.
Cons:
The initial set up was slightly confusing, especially for someone who had never delved into creating these 'digital signages' before. Since I have a fair amount of background in tech it wasn't too difficult, but someone with less knowledge would definitely struggle.
