This allowed me to build the skills to help support the organization and help it to grow in how the software package was integrated into our business. The flexibility of the software to conform quickly and easily to our business needs makes it a leader in our industry. You will not ever hear "I am sorry we can't do that in our software" from them. They strive to always find a way to fill those needs. When implementing any upgrade or major change to our software the Produce Pro team has always taken a hands-on approach. Either remotely or on site at our facility they make sure to be in constant contact with us to ensure the transition is smooth and easy. Overall

Pro pro is a very easy software to be come accustom to. I have not used it for a long period of time but have been discovering new usages for the system.

I use Produce Pro to complete traceability exercises and track product from vendor to customer in the event of a recall. The possibility of a product recall is much less scary knowing how easy it is to extract the information I need from Produce Pro through pre-configured reporting.
