About 360 Payments

360 Payments is a web-based payment processing solution that helps businesses track and manage in-person, text-to-pay and mobile payments. It enables managers to verify transactions, enhance customer experiences, handle recurring billing activities and capture electronic signatures via a unified platform.

The application allows organizations to accept payments through various methods including debit or credit cards, automated clearing house (ACH) and more. It lets administrators ensure compliance with industry regulations, conduct analytics and send invoices to customers via text messages. Additionally, features of 360 Payments include data synchronization, reporting, custom branding, receipt management and data security.

360 Payments comes with an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with several third-party shop management platforms. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

Great group of people! Most honest in the industry!

We received a solid solution for integrated credit card processing into our SAAS automotive shop management system, Omnique.

Pros:

Very easy connection using eConduit. We would have used 360 Payments first if we would have known them earlier.

Cons:

None that I can think of so far! Working with credit card companies is a pain but 360 changed that for Omnique!

Can’t recommend this company highly enough!

As a small business I was leery of getting into a contract and not quite confident in choosing a card processor who would not hold payments like I’d heard happen with larger more well known companies- 360 Payments is incredible- from my first inquiring phone call where information was presented clearly to my recent call to reset the time on the machine the customer service has been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Dependable service- awesome customer service and low rates- I can’t say enough good about this company!

What an awesome software! The customer support and willingness to help was awesome. This software did not have much of a learning curve. I rely on this software for my payment processing and it exceeded my expectations. As compared to other software, the value for the money is great.

A payment solution that's easy on the pocket

Very clear and easy to understand pricing. No hidden charges. The payment processing fees are very easily affordable even for non-profits. I'd recommend this product highly.

We use this program to process payments from customers, process refunds, etc. We love the text to pay feature. It has helped immensely with getting payments from customers who are not on site.

Cons:

There have been a few times where we had a glitch and payments were duplicated. It was easy to resolve however and refund.

I love that it protects financial data and is easy and quick to set up. On top of that, there is a wide range of payment options in case there are issues with your credit cards.
