About Sertifi

Sertifi is a cloud-based electronic signature solution that helps businesses send, collaborate and sign agreements online. It allows users to simplify administrative work and complex business workflows and automatically manage real-time agreements.

Sertifi’s electronic signature solution helps organizations save time and costs by capturing digital signatures on internet-enabled devices. Additionally, it allows customers to make secure online payments with Payment Card Industry (PCI)-compliant processes. Its collaboration feature allows customers to upload attachments that are required to be signed digitally.

Sertifi integrates with Salesforce, Oracle Hospitality OPERA, Zuora and Amadeus, which helps customers to send, sign and track requests directly within the application.

Pricing is available via monthly subscriptions and support is provided over the phone and via online methods.

Pros and cons of Sertifi

Overall experience with the same is pretty good. Based on the requirements we had it fits in everything smoothly.

Pros:

When it comes to data storage facility and providing good quality electronic signature then many other products provides the same but when it comes to providing data security and authentication to protect important documents from theft then Sertifi is one of the best.

Cons:

It's mobile interface is not that pleasing and easy to work with as much it is for other platform, also the quality of electronic signature can be improved for the mobile platforms.

Made transitioning to remote work easy!

I love the product and the people. The site is very user friendly, and I can see in real time when signatures have been captured.

It is more user friendly than Docusign. I can edit and send as many documents as I need without having to working about overages or functionality problems. The Sertifi team has been amazing through the whole process!

Cons:

Learning to format the documents to send out. Again I should stress that the Sertifi team has been amazing in teaching me and walking me through the whole process.

Reasons for switching to Sertifi

Docusign was charging us entirely to much for what they were offering. Their support staff wasn't as friendly or helpful.

Virtual Credit Cards

In the past, accounting would have to call the client for their complete credit card information to key into our PMS system. With Sertifi, the client can securely send this information and accounting can access it at any time to enter into the PMS system.

The ability for our clients to securely transmit their credit card information. We no longer have to play phone tag with clients for their complete card number.

Cons:

One sales manager archived a request he'd sent to a client and I haven't found how to unarchive it - so we have to check the archive folder in case this happens again.

Easy and effective

Sertifi confuses a few clients, but most love it and the average period between sending a contract and getting it signed has shortened as a result.

Intuitive and takes only a short period of use to feel comfortable with, at least at a basic user level.

Cons:

Only one concern which may be an admin setting that can be changed. Expired docs can only be unexpired for 24 hours (it seems) which isn't long enough.

Easy way to keep information digital for auditing purposes. Easy way for both vendor and customer to sign in and communicate documents, signature, and payments.

Search Feature. I wish I could default search to search all months all years for all files (perhaps save this search to a favorite) rather than have to select each time.

Great app

We use Sertifi ( www.sertifi.com ) for sending our contracts for insurance agreements. It has been fantastic - cannot imagine doing business without esignatures.
