About Square Payment Links

Square Online Checkout is a payment processing solution that helps fitness institutes, professional services, and other organizations manage pre-payments, billing, subscriptions, and donations from within a unified platform. It allows staff members to create and insert QR codes across mailers, signs, and flyers to facilitate remote and contactless payments.

Square Online Checkout enables organizations to build white-labeled checkout pages with brand names, images, subscription offers, and custom prices. It enables employees to create and embed buy buttons across social media platforms, emails, text, and business websites. Additionally, staff members can accept recurring payments on a monthly, weekly, bi-annual, annual, or quarterly basis.

Square Online Checkout enables staff members to accept payments via credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. It is available on a per-transaction basis and support is extended via documentation, email, phone, and other online measures.

Pros:

I have been able to format and organize clients and promote products/services much more efficiently via POS, Mobile or Virtual payment options. Plus some clients prefer a multi-payment option that is convenient to their payment schedule/preference.

Cons:

Catching up to other companies in terms of customer support and international pay options. I prefer to have a direct billing to my bank because the fees structure are not favorable in terms of reducing transactions and overall percentage.

I like that I can send my clients a link to make a payment. It gives me several different options to take payment.

Cons:

I don't like that it does not automatically create one; when adding a new product I have to remember to create on.

I believe Square Payment Links is a great value for money, especially because of it's ease of use, I have no need for customer support. Money transfer is easy, the payment process is painless, and the credit card payments are trust secure payments.

Cons:

I currently have no cons with the square payment links? I used it the links on my website, phone and I've had no issues.

Loving square payment links!

Overall it’s very easy to collect payments and set prices and send digital receipts. It’s very practical! I havnt needed customer support much yet luckily!

Very easy to collect credit card payments! I like that there’s no monthly fees as well. You do have to pay per transaction. I like that the payments are secure but it’s easy to send money transfers and can add sales tax automatically.

Cons:

I mean I would love if you didnt have to pay per transaction and if it was just a one time fee to purchase it but it’s better than monthly fees in my opinion!

Pros:

Square is a well known brand, which is a great software when accepting money from new customers. Familiarity with customers is of chief importance when accepting payments. Square was my first payment tool and has a variety of accompaniying hardware, debit card readers, to pay with online payment links.

Cons:

The ability to add short urls and custom links would be great.

Pros:

Super user friendly, compact, and great for payment processing at our small business both in studio and at events.

Cons:

It's been great, however sometimes the Bluetooth has a hard time connecting or reconnecting especially after an iPad update. It eventually works but sometimes ties up time when dealing with a customer in a rush.
