DottedSign - fast, legal, secure

My overall experience is quite positive and the benefits are pretty obvious to me. Dealing with my everyday tasks and projects became much easier and I managed to reduce the amount of time I usually spent on the signing process (even when I used similar applications).

Pros:

It can work in a browser and it sends email reminders (not to mention it has an advanced security system which prevents any unauthorised access to your documents).

Cons:

Figuring out the UX can be tricky sometimes, which means you have to spend some time navigating the app, but once you've got some skill and experience, using it stops being an issue at all, so it's not such a big deal after all.

Reasons for choosing DottedSign

Because of its advanced document security, which includes OTP verification to confirm signer's authentication, fire encryption, document logs, time and date marking, so you are always able to check when and how your document was changed.

Reasons for switching to DottedSign

DottedSign is more comprehensive and has more versatile functionality. It's basically made not only for business purposes and standardized documents, but for all kinds of documents - which, in my opinion, is the key feature of this app.

E-signature platform, which is much better than the other ones :)

I think it's pretty obvious that this app enables you to do e-signature related activities online. It helped me realise how important it is to keep everything in the cloud, on the go and accessable, so that my clients/partners are able to get in touch with me in no time and we can collaborate on signatures/documents together. With this app, it's now much easier to plan business trips and just schedule the day knowing I can do these things on the go.

Pros:

Well, this platform definitely stands out amongst other e-signature apps because it's quite easy to use. Most e-signature applications seem to be designed as if all people who work with documents are suddenly computer geniuses. So, this is what I would like to highlight - convenience in usage. The app has several document sections where you see what you've received and what needs to be signed, the documents you sent out for signatures and drafts. It's also possible to recover deleted files and add new ones from the cloud or Gdrive, which I especially like.

Cons:

In comparison to the other platforms, as I have already said, this one has almost no downsides. The only thing that isn't great is this bug that occurs when I try to load a large file, and after taking a few moments, it crashes and I have to load the file again. But this doesn't happen every time when working with large files, so in general everything works fine.

Reasons for switching to DottedSign

I needed the app to have reminders, which this particular app, didn't have and the interface wasn't nice, I couldn't get accustomed to it.

Business meeting for two minutes

This app is good in terms of encompassing the entire modern computerization process. The thing is that it is simple enough for a newcomer to realise all the upsides of electronic signatures in comparison to non-electronic ones. When I work with new clients who haven't used electronic signatures before, it's not hard for me to convince them to try and make the switch because DottedSign is pretty attractive for newcomers - simple design, tutorials and ease of use.

Pros:

This software is useful in many ways, its best features being the ability to use the app and a browser version both, and the available free version is also surprisingly nice. Very easy to understand how everything works. For instance, there are separate columns for the documents you've received to sign, send to sign and saved as drafts. For a person who has never worked with electronic signatures before, this platform is a good starting point.

Cons:

I don't really like that the documents you have already loaded to the website or the app can be easily closed without your permission if you haven't already saved it. And you have to load them again, the whole thing requiring additional time especially if it's a large file. It doesn't happen to me often, just a couple of times so far, but I'm hoping it's fixed at some point.

Reasons for switching to DottedSign

DocuSign has a less simple interface and this can result in occasional problems when just starting out.

With DottedSign, it's easy to experience the full e-signature concept in one app

With this software, I'm able to take on more contracts because it is simple and does not require personal meetings. I can work faster and stay legal at the same time.

Pros:

Most of all, what I like about application is that it provides me with a legal way to sign and assign signatures. Everything is legally binding and you're provided with the paper trail as well.

Cons:

Despite the fact that the application has practically no flaws, it was difficult for me to deal with Kdan Cloud - all the documents uploaded to it are arranged by date, so sometimes it is not possible to create separate folders for them. Otherwise, the application is quite nice.

Reasons for switching to DottedSign

I made the switch because it is almost impossible to verify if your clients are fake or not on the previous website. Therefore, you can make mistakes easily and even lose money.

Useful digital tool that gets the job done and saves time.

I'm very happy with the app as a whole. Getting docs in and out either for me or for a client to sign is as easy as it gets. Less paperwork => less headache

Pros:

This is exactly the thing I've been looking for and hoping that it would come out for a while now. I have to deal with documents and contracts on a daily basis and this app has become essential to me. The mobility aspect together with the simplicity of the whole thing is saving me time so that I can focus on other, more important work-related tasks.

Cons:

So far so good as far as apps go. Although I do pay $9.99 a month and perhaps to some this might seem a bit steep, just think of the time wasted on manually doing what this app does automatically.
