About SignCenter

Designed for the healthcare industry, Medforce's SignCenter is a cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant electronic signature and data capture solution that allows users to sign and mark documents from any device. Built to manage the entire signature lifecycle, SignCenter helps administrators retain control over the signing process by defining where and when documents can be signed.

Signers can be notified through a self-expiring link or in-person. SignCenter will automatically record the time, date, and IP address of a signer's device to provide an electronic date stamp. When completed, each document is available to download as a PDF file. Additionally, the solution also provides an API and is able to integrate with Medforce’s suite of process management products and additional third-party imaging solutions.

signcenter is one of the best electronic signature access its so amazing

it saves time when accessing the security system or passwords or patterns in a secure apps and helping in many situation related to accessing process

Pros:

what i like most about signCenter that it facilitates the access process to a secure system or app or settings and the save a lot of time, its better than typing passwords or patterns

Cons:

what i like least about signCenter that it got high fees to sign up in the premium section, also it lags when it accessing forward the next step after loading a while

Excellent Product!

we now have the ability to go completely paperless from the start to finish of an order, with electronically fillable and sign-able documents that we can then "print" directly into MedForce Content center.

Pros:

The ability to achieve paperless work flow with fillable and sign-able packets. Easy to use for Office end user and Patient.

Cons:

It would be nice to have the ability to Edit Text on a form, within Sign Center. but it is easy enough to go back out to Adobe to fix and re import. That's just a few extra steps

Pros:

the best thing about sign center is the ability to have the patient electronically sign, and since its electronic there are no date issues as the software inserts the date that the patient signed. its pretty easy to use.

Cons:

I also use medforce so I have command center and content center. this does not sync to them, so you have to save them using medforce image driver. its also not easy to upload live documents. I would like to upload a form and have the ability to add information there is a text box but I need a smart form. I think once they have fully developed everything it could be good but we have been using for almost 2 years now and have not moved pass our beta test site because of some of these issues.

Easy to use and decent price. Could improve with more features.

We are saving money by not having to purchase as many stamps as before. There is room for improvement on the features of the software.

Pros:

The software is easy to use, the customer service is great and will respond within a few hours of your inquiry, and the price is reasonable.

Cons:

Does not have a bulk email feature. Needs a resend/reminder notice for those clients who do not respond to your email. A multi-language option would be great for those that do not speak English.
