SigningHub is a cloud-based and on-premise electronic signature platform for SMBs and large enterprises. The solution can be accessed on mobile devices through applications available for Android and iOS devices.

SigningHub enables users to upload documents in multiple formats and add in details for all signers. Document creators can use the system's built-in templates or create their own template for recurring use. They can also choose the position of the signing box and embed it in documents in order to capture e-signatures. Signing order can also be set by the senders and users will receive notifications when their turn for document signing arrives.

SigningHub is compliant with US legislation including ESIGN Act, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and UETA. It also complies with EU eIDAS Regulations. The solution offers flexible user authentication, including username and password, two-factor authentication, External Identity Providers and locally-held PKI tokens.

It is available on a per user per month subscription as well as based priced for certain numbers of signatures within a year.
