      It integrates with our processes and cuts time on admin to grow our customer base. We setup for a health care company and allowed people to upload documents and content about themselves more easily at the start of the relationship.
      Cons:
      Its a great service, it continues to grow and the team is very supportive. Anytime we needed support the response was fast and they clearly knew our challengeand how to fix it.

      The overall platform has been super easy to use. Our account managers are exceptionally happy with the ease of Under. Applications are easy to generate (once mapped), and the ability to run KYCs and Plaid bank validation has been extremely helpful in our industry. The customer service has been great any time we have reached out with questions. They respond in a timely manner - and have been able to help resolve problems.
      Cons:
      Mapping PDFs was a little bit of a learning curve with the applications.

      In the financial services space, an application is multi step with a ton of data. Under allowed us to customize and embed our application with drag and drop fields, decreasing the number or repetitive information we need across multiple documents, and increasing the completion % of appilcations.
      Cons:
      There's a bit of a learning curb to understand how the system interacts from the online form builder, to PDF Mapping, and adding features like conditional logic.

      Under.io has made things so much easier for us with digital forms. The form builder is simple to use and it maps straight to PDF. We can also grab the electronic signatures straight away without all the back and forth which saves us a bunch of time. Digital onboarding made getting new people on board way less of a hassle too.
