We decided on OneDirectory due to how easy it was to use, how well it looked, and the cost-effectiveness. The built-in organizational chart was a large plus.

Cons:

The tool exactly how we want it too. It is simple and easy to use. There could be some more customization options with views but that is a mnor thing.

I like how the website was made. the features are all very useful and are very convenient to use especially the employee directory since it gave me an overview of the whole employees that are part of the organization. I loved how convenient and hassle-free it is to use.

Cons:

I obviously don't have any negative experience with regard to using this site. I commend almost all of the features that are present here!

Cease wasting time searching for internal contacts

We are exceedingly pleased with OneDirectory's enhancements to our internal communication and personnel data management. We highly recommend it to other businesses. Its robust search capabilities and flexible filtering options have made locating the precise employee data essential for decision-making and internal communication easier. By constantly eliminating the need to search for customer contact information, I have been able to dedicate more time to creating new products and services.

Utilizing OneDirectory allows me to consolidate all of my company's contacts in a single location. This enhances the interaction between businesses and their clients, vendors, and staff. Previously, I would expend a significant amount of time attempting to locate customer, supplier, and staff contact information. However, by utilizing the application, I can aggregate all this data in a convenient, centralized location.

Cons:

All personnel must maintain up-to-date contact information. Although the platform is user-friendly, we have occasionally found it necessary to remind and motivate certain team members to keep their information current.

Pros:

First, it is a centralized system where employees can be easily tracked from one place. Second, it is cost-effective I did not find it so expensive you can have it for around 200$ which is a good thing. It also provides features and tools through which collaboration among the workforce gets easy. Anyone can find the right people with the right skills using this platform. It also provides a visual representation of several tasks of the workforce which make it very easy to manage all the tasks assigned in the workforce.

Cons:

It should have a mobile application too because it is not feasible to use a desktop all the time. Also Because of a wide range of features sometimes it is difficult to navigate inside the application.

One of the best employees directory

We are a team of 46 people. but, then it's a bit difficult for individuals to identify colleagues with a certain skill set. OneDirectory has simplified things for us.The skills of every worker are highlighted,be it Ms Excel or word. This software has improved the relationship among our employees. and we can easily search up employees within seconds.

It's a very easy to set up, use and flexible software. We were able to adjust some OneDirectory's features to suit our specific business needs.

Cons:

We've not used this software for more than six months. So for now, we've not found anything to dislike. Perhaps with longer use, we might've found something to dislike.

Using Onedirectory has been a fruitful experience, and I have loved exploring different offices of the organization and finding relevant people. It has also helped me collaborate better with remote team members.

Pros:

OneDirectory brings every employee under a common umbrella and makes it easy to find and connect with people throughout the organization. It helped our company to make employees easy to find and interact with. Moreover, it also introduced exciting employee profiles that helped us know each other better.

Cons:

The skill grouping functionality was a little lagging. Sometimes this functionality would provide false positives and I think there's a need to refine this more as new versions get released.

OneDirectory made it easy to organize my entire team's contact information in one centralised location. The search feature also makes it easy to find the right contact no matter what information I am looking for.

Cons:

The setup process for OneDirectory was a bit tedious and time consuming. It would be great if the system was more intuitive and made it easier to get started.
