Very happy with Goldfinch

Goldfinch takes a while to learn but that happens with any other system too....so that said, in the overall I really like working with Goldfinch and [sensitive content hidden]!!

Pros:

Goldfinch is a well built platform on Salesforce and accommodates everything we need from Project P&L's to manufacturing requirements.

Cons:

Printed forms is the one thing I wish Goldfinch did a better job of in allowing ease of customization.

Reasons for switching to GoldFinch ERP

Accounting Seed was very clunky and extremely expensive for what you actually get with it.

New to manufacturing clients and now I feel like an expert

Overall, I couldn't ask for a better manufacturing processing set up and management. The tools and resources are at our fingertips at all times, there's always someone to provide feedback and guidance and their product has worked wonderfully time and time again. It's fantastic to have many integration options for accounting when needed. Everything has been so easy to maintain and update as needed.

Pros:

I recently ventured into a new kind of client. The first project I worked on included Goldfinch. What a blessing. It's set up in such a way that integrations are seamless, importing data is easy, everything has instructions online and I can always meet with a team member to assure I'm on the right track. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is fantastic, very knowledgable and always points me in the right direction. What can be done for inventory, products and warehouses is excellent. It definitely helps our clients speed up everything they do and it's always done efficiently. 10 our of 10.

Cons:

In all honestly, I have not come up with a single con. Each project done with them has been easy no matter how complicated the process.
