Fantastic product, easy to use and excellent end user experience

Eventogy, the people and leaders are fantastic to work with. They really listen to us and our nuances, and we work well in a way that not only benefits our firm but benefits theirs and their clients. They have always been willing to help and are extremely responsive.

Pros:

User experience and ease of use by our internal users. The capabilities of the Eventogy team to seamlessly brand our event invitations and event sites to fit with our global brand and the mobile application that our clients and contacts use when attending our events. The leadership team have been superb throughout and helped our firm deliver a truly excellent event experience.

Cons:

The iOS mobile app is much more aesthetically pleasing than the android app, however this should be refreshed soon.

The team had a keen eye for details, experience that shone over everyone else and the passion was clear from the start. The product was well priced, had many more features than we expected and had the capacity to be used globally.

Pros:

This is a great piece of software, as you can almost do it all yourself. It's really helpful, to have a member of Eventogy walk you through how to set up everything you require in no time. Being able to log into the registration site and easily make tweaks is useful and less time consuming. The end product looks clean , slick and amazing. All smiles on my end.

Cons:

My only con, is that you are unable to conditional validate fields yourself. However, I believe this will become a thing of the past and you as the administrator will be able to do this. I'm really looking forward to that, as the only time you will need to contact the support team is if something isn't working or you are having trouble doing something.

Pros:

Intuitive and simple. It has the flexibility you need, within the parameters of your organisation's brand guidelines. It is incredibly easy to use and the features mean that tasks such as sending reminders, adding guests and creating apps are completed very quickly. The ability to make up to the minute changes and these are live within seconds is brilliant. Our recipients absolutely love what the platform can do and we are constantly asked to use it for every event!

Pros:

Having access to all of my meeting agenda and the broader conference tracks digitally has changed the event experience completely. The app saved time and significant effort navigating what is always a dizzying event space with too little time between meetings. Knowing that the app could update in real time was a great plus. Simply having the maps and agenda easily accessible versus paper or pdf based which are always inconvenient in the moment was a game changer.

Nothing to add here, app worked perfectly.

The platform is easy to use for managing all of our events. Smart app and virtual platform that enhances the user experience. The support team is awsome!

Cons:

The text editor could use some improvements, but that has been set on the roadmap for future development.

Great virtual event

We run some events for our clients and have so far only had good experiences with Eventogy. It's easy to use from our perspective and our clients like the experience. It's better than a simple WebEx meeting

A great platform for events alongside a very helpful team!

It is a great way to manage a number of aspects for events such as guest management. It is also a useful tool for providing all event information in one place on the registration site and in the app.

This is my first time using an app for events and I have found this very simple and straight forward to use. It is a great way to share all information from one single platform.

Cons:

Sometimes issues can arise on the formatting side and these are unable to be fixed without contacting the support team.
