Whova is an event management solution designed to help organizers and exhibitors manage online registrations, marketing, lead retrieval and virtual conferencing processes. It includes a speaker center, which helps administrators automate information collection processes, create webpages for speakers using pre-defined templates and allows them to revise bios, headshots and session details.

Key features of Whova include event badge generation, session attendance management, live polling, social wall and real-time analytics. Businesses can organize online conferences, engage with audiences through polls, surveys, and discussion boards and provide user access across recorded videos and session streams.     I found it very useful. I was able to coordinate dates and times for courses I wanted to attend, set them to My Events, which made it easier for me to see my schedule for the conference.

    Course changes in times and dates were different from security times. Worked out in the end, but had conficts with a couple courses.

    A great platform to manage all of my conference needs in one place - view the agenda, connect with others, etc.
    Cons:
    Not really a con, but my only request would be the ability to look at a list of companies/organizations that are present at the conference, not just the attendees. The attendees list their company, which is great, but I'd love to be able to scan a list of companies first.

    Whova made my shopping and learning experiences so much easier at NAHBE 2026!

    Very good. I appreciated not having to fumble with the written guide schedule my meeting and session management. I also found it particularly helpful when looking for a vendor and being able to click on their booth space and having the map show their location.

    As an attendee, Whova was very user friendly and I was able to tailor make my agenda from the overall agenda. The event management was so helpful. It made my scheduling of speaker sessions I wanted to see and meet up meetings very efficient.
    Cons:
    I had a little bit of learning curve but not much. After I clicked on all of the options and looked at them things got a lot easier. Also, not everyone was using this tool as it was new. Next year I think more people will use it and meet ups will be easier.
