About iFax

iFax is a cloud-based solution that serves businesses of all sizes across all industries. It uses an online faxing service that is HIPAA compliant and uses military-grade and end-to-end encryption.

The application lets users send and receive faxes from any device. Professionals can use the existing fax machine and do not require a second phone line or an expensive fax server. iFax is compatible with all major fax machines, including Panasonic KX-MB2000, Brother FAX-2840, Sharp UX-M80B, Canon IR2520, Ricoh Aficio MP 4022, SP 2013 and more.

iFax also works with all major smartphones such as iPhone, Android, and BlackBerry devices, tablets including iPad or Nexus tablets, laptops, webcams, and other devices that support sending emails without a PC. It also offers various other features such as cover pages, carbon copy (cc's), blind copy (bcc's) support, and bandwidth optimization to improve the user experience when sending a large number of pages at once.

Our organization has been using this iFax service for a few months now which has been working very well. The customer service team are excellent, they have been very helpful in explaining our usage and how we can benefit from upgrading to a better package that will cost us less instead of trying to sell us more than we need. Very good customer service received today from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], he spent almost half an hour on a call today explaining the last five months usage and analyzing how much we spend and receive each month. Their email support is also very prompt.

Cons:

Customer support is really so good, I recommend all of my friends to use this.

Pros:

I used iFax for my personal paperworks. Now a days, who get a fax machine in their home. It was quite late, I received this paper to validate my loan. 2 options: by mail or by fax. Since I was in a hurry, I googled how can I fax by email and here I'm. I tested Faxzero w/o success and landed up on iFax which was perfect.

Cons:

20 pages to fax in one raw, I had to switch to a pay plan right away but I understood. Fair enough

Do not trust them

Extremely negative. It's clear that their M.O. is to charge customers even if they cancel, and then give them the runaround hoping they'll give up.

They sent a fax online for me. Their only function.

Cons:

They charged me $99.99 despite cancelling the free trial immediately after using it. Their customer service can't be reached by phone and they have me the runaround for five days via email

User Friendly, was very quick process from start to finish.

Cons:

Free subscription has very few pages. I fax probably 2-3 times a year, but may send between 1-10 pages when I do.

We don't use a fax machine that often. By being able to pay for individual faxes as we need them, we have the best of all worlds.

Cons:

It was hard to get to the point where I was informed that I could pay by the fax.

Pros:

iFax advertises a one-week free trial to sample their product AND IF SATISFIED, a MONTHLY auto renewal. Instead, though I cancelled the free trial after I sampled it (on the 2nd day), they nonetheless charged my credit card for ONE YEAR'S MAX SUBSCRIPTION.

Cons:

Their offer is a scam. The free sample trial is phishing for cc #

Quick, easy, and truly free!

Sign up was a breeze and from start to end fax was only a 5 minute process. Great for someone who is super busy and does not have time to click around trying to figure out how to upload and send a document. This site is perfect for someone who needs to send an occasional fax, but doesn't want a subscription. I'm very happy I stumbled across iFax.

Pros:

I was able to sign up and send a fax within five minutes! For once a service that advertised as free was actually free. I don't send many faxes so a free option was perfect. The program is user friendly.

Cons:

I have no complaints regarding this software. Everything was easy to use.
