One of the best tools in my tool box

I was using Microsoft word prior to finding this software and the ease of writing up invoices and printing them in my opinion is much easier. If your running a plumbing business I strongly recommend that you give this a try.

I started using the app and Ill see that i do estimates faster and then if they want the job i had already the information or when they call again all their information is there

it comes with everything to work you dont need another app, and the price is very accessible

Cons:

payroll i couldn't find how to get the payroll record for taxes , audits or when you need your record for anything

Like 1995 all over.

I tried the features, but for me, it is not going to work,No thanks. I need a full featured field dispatch CRM system.

Very Simple to use. Very basic software with a very old school original super Mario brothers feel to it.

Cons:

It feels like 1995 while using it. It is lacking so many features that even the basic software competitors have.

Overall, I like it I like that it’s already got the plumbing parts in the system so I don’t have to load them all myself. That’s really nice and I do like the Invoice feature. That’s user-friendly overall I like it to give it a shot.

I like all the parts that are in there for me. I like all the extra features the added features the payment features and being able to pay it online that’s awesome. The only thing at lax is the back button once you do an invoice it’s very very difficult to go back ever.

Cons:

It’s difficulty learning the program. And the back button, the back button sucks. You can’t easily just get out of an invoice and go back to what you were doing

I chose this one because it’s catered to Plumbing. I chose this one because it has all the plumbing parts. It does the invoices it does the job calls. It does everything if you want to like all the features I like the features about it.

Because QuickBooks is the most difficult company in the world to deal with I absolutely hate them. I hate calling them. I hate ever having to deal with them. Their customer service sucks. They don’t have managers that don’t anything about anything. You can only get feedback now. nobody answers your complaint. Nobody fixes your problems and they stole money from us three times. The last time they took $1200 of our money for made up fees that we did not owe them and they made us fight and fight and fight and fight and fight for our money and I still haven’t gotten all of it back

The best business app I've ever seen in my life

My overall experience with this app is second to none it's the best ever and the best I've ever seen whoever came up with this idea brilliant and they had it all planned out I absolutely love it but I would want some discounts

I liked everything it's the best plumbing up I have ever seen I am definitely going to be using this app for my plumbing business it has everything I need for every area I would recommend it everybody right now

The only thing I did not like is where I cannot change the rate where it has hourly rates I would love to have the option of just putting in a figure for the service only because not everyone works my rate per hour
