    Onsite Training - Definitely Worth It!

    We have always had the best experience with Service Factor. This is my second training session, and I was still able to learn new things, get a refresher on older items, and consult about certain processes we do that other companies don't.

    [sensitive content hidden] went through each item on our Training Agenda sent in. He ensured to review each topic thoroughly to ensure proper understanding. The value we received from the training time onsite and out of our day to day office area was essential.
    Cons:
    Absolutely no cons from the training time! Worth every penny to come out for the training. Make sure you have an idea of what you want to get out of the training time.

    We thoroughly disliked the Service Titan system, at the time it didn't even have Purchase Order capability.

    Service Factor is the best

    Service Factor is the best in every way. [sensitive content hidden] were very helpful through the training we had. They were detailed on every piece of the training. All the staff members are very kind and helpful whenever you need them. You will be extremely happy with Service Factor, where they treat you like family! Also if your company needs reports, you can run reports if you need them.

    Service Factor is better than any other software out there. The team that is at Service Factor will help you every step of the way. Even one year after using Service Factor they will help out in every way possible.
    Cons:
    One con is the job costing part, I can not get used to it

    Moving from a paper system, ServiceFactor has enabled us to become more organized by digitizing many of our outdated processes. Customer support has been outstanding. We have provided a lot of feedback to the ServiceFactor Support Team and they have been very accommodating with updating the software using our suggestions.
    Cons:
    There are a few value-adding features available through other software packages that I would love to see implemented in ServiceFactor. It has greatly improved our operations, but there are things they still need to improve upon.

    Two major considerations: (1) We were already working with the software developer and, (2) the price point was one of the best of the packages we considered. The subscription rates charged for Technicians vs. Office Staff are advantageous for companies with large field operations. Other software packages charge much more to add additional field staff to the software subscription.

    Cons:
    I wish there was more flexibility with SF, for example being able to determine which calls techs can see or not.

    The program is easy to learn and operate in. Recommended changes are often made when requested. Upgrades are constant and easy to adapt to. The customer file set up is easy to navigate and the layout is pleasing.
    Cons:
    No real cons from a user standpoint. It is always difficult to switch from one software to another. Service Factor support team makes that transition as seamless as possible.

    Dispatch Board, Mobile invoicing, Job costing, etc....
    Cons:
    Tracking office personnel time, Quote section both for smaller jobs and larger jobs. It would be nice to have some type of sales presentation tied into Service Factor.
