Organize documents and validate easily with Opentext

It was really good experience as I have used Its workflow which is most amazing functionality along with this I have used its livereport and Web Reports also have implemented some Java Application on top of it for different business Line of businesses.

Its live Report and Web Report functionality I liked most it help us to get complex queries result and it has ability to execute workflow which will help to index or validate document through various steps

Opentext, an excellent solution to work with a large amount of documentation in complex companies

It can really fulfill your content management and workflow needs very efficiently, so document retrieval, access and permission settings don't require much extra effort. Its operation is intuitive and this platform has demonstrated interaction through secure access protocols and international standards with the option in the cloud, preferential at the moment. In general, it guarantees the life cycle of the documents.

The comprehensive and effective management of documents through the correct assignment of metadata, which effectively accompany the content of a document, and this management feature is very practical and configurable. On the other hand, its workflow module guarantees the implementation of process automation and contributes to minimizing rework, managing the life cycle of documents, from the point of view of managing physical files. It has a high degree of integration with other applications and systems in a natural way, all in the end user's desktop environment, in addition to responding adequately with other types of devices such as smartphones, etc.
