Safedrop - the best way to send documents

I admit I was skeptical at first - how could something be so secure, quick and easy to use, low cost and have a member of staff getting back to you within a couple of minutes if you have an issue? On one occasion a Solicitor stated that he hadn't received a bundle. This was disproved in Court by producing all necessary e-mail correspondence received from Safedrop and the Court dismissed their claim and ordered costs against them.

Pros:

Safedrop is super secure and if you have any issues it only takes a couple of minutes for a member of staff to get back to you.

Cons:

Nothing as everything is so quick and easy. The only time I have had to raise a query is when a recipient states that they couldn't open the document. This was easily resolved with a quick call to Safedrop when it was determined that the recipient had been a little over eager and kept trying to insert codes which had been overwritten by their request to provide further codes!

Pros:

The product is easy to use and it has a nice look and feel to it.

Cons:

Nothing, but it would be good to have a little more read on the details shown on the documents sent audit list.

Reasons for choosing safedrop

Egress feels old and I find it restrictive. Their IT support is worse too.

Fantastic service that helps me to view court bundles with out delay and able to have good communication with professionals.

Cons:

Nothing really, I can clearly see the files, view the pages and go to where I need to be. I cant think of anything to change.
