What I like about transferinf files using WeTransfer, its simplicity and ease of use.Fast, semple and secure. And it has a free plan that you can send files up to 2GB.

Cons:

Limited file size for a free version that can be restrictive for sendinf large files can cause to fragmentation and inconvenience.

Pros:

WeTransfer allows me to save and share files securely and quickly. It is not tedious to use this platform and is easily accessible for all types of users. It is user friendly and has a simple interface that allows us to self-deduce what we should do. Their rates are not expensive and have a good quality-price ratio.

Cons:

I don't like that we can't share files larger than 2 gigabytes, I feel it's a very big limitation. Since, nowadays we have platforms that allow us to share larger files.

Dumping down of Wetransfer

Used to be good, now useless.... all they are interested in now is making money off the user. Wasted my time, has to stay on their page otherwise they stop the upload, then in any case stopped the upload at 98%.

Trying to force users to pay, upload files to 98% and then drop the upload. Migrating to Google drive. Will never try WeTransfer again.

Yes, downloading works. But you have to SIGN UP for a PAID SERVICE first?? Insane.

Cons:

Their billing practices are a borderline scam. Nearly impossible to get a refund, had to jump thru many unnecessary hoops (no refund button, had to EMAIL support, re-enter my customer info and cc info, upload a PDF receipt...and then they emailed me again, asking for the same info AGAIN!). Just refund my card on file, how hard is that guys?? Intentionally made difficult.

Consider looking else where

From 100% like to 20% in one month. Seems they are running the company like a casino and people looking for service or a reasonable price will be sadly disappointed regardless of how long you have been a customer.

I use to like it then the fired half the staff and they doubled the price secretly and give no service.

Horrible and unhelpful. Unethical and a scam. All they care about is taking your money. They are overpriced.

You can send large files. Not much else good to say about it. Go with Dropbox or someone else. Horrible experience

Unethical and unclear signup interface. Tricks you into signing up for a year without you realizing it, then they won't refund your money.

Pretty straightforward - pretty buggy at times

Most of the times it works like a charm but I've experienced some bugs lately. It gave me a lot of 'something went wrong' messages while trying to upload and loggin in to my account wasn't possible.

It's very easy, straightforward. Does what it says. LOVE the new 'pay before you download' function!

Cons:

I would love to be able to add more branding in the delivery e-mail. Also, a lot of links expire and a funtion where the client could click some button to notify me their transfer's expired and they would like me to send it again would be great.
