As a last-mile management solution, Cigo is a cloud-based solution that streamlines service and delivery operations for businesses within furniture, appliance, pharmacy, grocery, construction, industries by providing integrated communication tools to bridge the gap between dispatch, drivers, and customers. Features include route optimization, delivery dispatching, real-time SMS and email tracking, review management, e-commerce management, incident management, reporting, and more.
With Cigo, dispatchers can optimize routing using real-time GIS data and create simplified routes using an integrated route builder. Dispatchers and drivers are able to communicate efficiently by creating one channel of communication between the office and field staff. Cigo's iOS and Android apps streamline service operations by allowing drivers to complete routes with the assistance of navigators, log partial or complete payments, snap photos and reports incidents, and more.
