About Cigo

As a last-mile management solution, Cigo is a cloud-based solution that streamlines service and delivery operations for businesses within furniture, appliance, pharmacy, grocery, construction, industries by providing integrated communication tools to bridge the gap between dispatch, drivers, and customers. Features include route optimization, delivery dispatching, real-time SMS and email tracking, review management, e-commerce management, incident management, reporting, and more.

With Cigo, dispatchers can optimize routing using real-time GIS data and create simplified routes using an integrated route builder. Dispatchers and drivers are able to communicate efficiently by creating one channel of communication between the office and field staff. Cigo's iOS and Android apps streamline service operations by allowing drivers to complete routes with the assistance of navigators, log partial or complete payments, snap photos and reports incidents, and more.     We had an issue with another provider that would simply not send notifications, get the timezones randomly reset, and other small buggy problems that would affect our operations. Since switching to Cigo, we've had none of these headaches - from the seamless integration process, to the smooth daily operation, even our end users reached out to us to let us know how much they prefer the notifications they get with this app. Overall fantastic experience as a client, with an awesome intuitive UX/UI that left me with very few question, which when I did open tickets, got prompt responses from their staff. Highly recommended.
    Cons:
    It's like day and night coming from what seemed like the dinosaur age from the previous logistics software we were using. I can't really think of anything i don't like from Cigo other than they have so many impressive features that my smaller delivery operation does not really have a use for.

    Too many random bugs that seemed easy to fix but never were, that affected our flow and operations to the point of irresolvable frictions within our delivery team and end clients.

    The perfect partner for a courier company

    Its api set up is fluid and easy. The routing and use of the software intuitive. And its all backed by a world class customer service team. I can pickup my phone and within an hour have a solution. Most of the time they pick right up

[sensitive content hidden] our account executive has been phenomenal with letting us know of advancements and taking time to ensure we get the most out of CIGO. Rare to see this level of engagement with a sales executive post-sales.
    Cons:
    Can't think of anything. They are transparent with their development roadmap, if you have questions they respond so fast. Been with CIGO for a few years so it has been great to see them implement and develop improvements.

    The company I work for we use Cigo on a daily, to collect all the invoices for our commercial credit clients. Real time delivery tracking, which is very important to our business. We need to track deliveries, our whole company uses cigo all across Canada. In the financial department we need the proof of delivery's and it makes it vey easy to obtain.
    Cons:
    If you a big company then Cigo is fantastic, if your a small business i don't recommend it. Its only for the delivery not for order management.
