I appreciate that when you are having issues, they will stay on the phone with you no matter how long it takes.

Sometimes when a unit stops working, it takes longer than the guests like to get it back up and running.

EyeRide is user friendly and allows for our delivery vehicles to be compliant based off of state regulations. It allows us to keep our drivers safe while also holding them accountable.

The alert emails could be formatted differently rather than just data fields. Maybe alert emails can be broken down by vehicle.

Good communication, very friendly and understanding staff. Love the very easy to use application tools.

There is not anything that I would like the least. We have had a great experience with the team and their support.

Video can only be pulled in 10-minute increments, but EyeRide support will do a more targeted pull if needed; some issues with the live camera feed and live tracking being glitchy or slightly behind realtime

Nice all in one system that allows me to make sure my drivers are being safe, compliant and protected on the road. The amount of data that is allowed to be stored is also perfect for my industries record keeping requirements. I also like the additional feature of the panic button and how the AI system keeps track of my drivers habits.

Installation instructions could be a little more detailed and the live view coverage can be a little spotty depending on the vehicles location.

The customer service is very good. Proactive.

Like any cloud-based platform, EYERIDE'S full functionality relies on stable connectivity. While the Wi-Fi service is strong and reliable, performance is still ultimately tied to network availability in certain geographic areas

Customer support is top tier, I have to say it rivals even that of our own company! Check them out you won’t regret it!

The cameras could be a little higher resolution it is no part there fault as a company but I’m sure the technology required to pull off 4k 24/7 is not even in existence

I haven't found anything I don't like yet. I ha e had the service and product for a few months, and find that I have nothing to complain about.
