About EYERIDE

EYERIDE is an all-in-one fleet management solution that provides full visibility of all vehicles with real-time GPS tracking, two-way communication capabilities, and integrated video streaming. Businesses can easily integrate EYERIDE's extensive range of video streaming, GPS tracking, and fleet control products as well as camera surveillance systems to manage, monitor, and control fleets of any size.

EYERIDE's fleet management control center monitors and controls up to 5,000 EyeRide products, utilizing a GPS map viewer to track the entire fleet on one screen. By integrating video streaming technology, remote administrators can view all passengers as well as the area around the vehicle using the video overlay. When configured with IoT sensors, EYERIDE can send email or SMS alerts to instantly notify administrators of any issue or scenario. All historic fleet data is available in GPS, speed, and state line reports.

EYERIDE also provides an electronic logbook and GPS tracking mobile apps to keep track of all driver violations and handle fleet operations from anywhere.

Smooth Sailing with EyeRide!

It is a pleasant experience. I love that you don't have to submit a ticket for each individual piece. Once you are on the phone with them, they will resolve any and all issues.

I appreciate that when you are having issues, they will stay on the phone with you no matter how long it takes.

Cons:

Sometimes when a unit stops working, it takes longer than the guests like to get it back up and running.

Their customer support is top notch and very helpful. They care that their software and equipment run to the best of its ability and they want to set you up for success.

Pros:

EyeRide is user friendly and allows for our delivery vehicles to be compliant based off of state regulations. It allows us to keep our drivers safe while also holding them accountable.

Cons:

The alert emails could be formatted differently rather than just data fields. Maybe alert emails can be broken down by vehicle.

Great system that does a lot

We've had a great experience with EyeRide; the system is easy to use and consistently being improved. The customer support is great, as well.

Proactive customer support; helpful representatives; intuitive, easy-to-use interface; simple video downloads; customer wifi; live video and audio feeds; two-way communication feature; consistently developing new features and solutions

Cons:

Video can only be pulled in 10-minute increments, but EyeRide support will do a more targeted pull if needed; some issues with the live camera feed and live tracking being glitchy or slightly behind realtime

My experience has been 100% positive, regular customer service check ins, no issues whatsoever, If I need to change the password on a device it's very simple.

Great for my industries needs

I have had this system for three weeks now and have not really had any issues with it other than some spotty coverage for live view but I am able to see the recordings once they upload to the dashboard. I was able to go with this one system in my fleet to monitor the drivers and cargo area versus having two separate systems for each before Eyeride. I did all of the installs myself and they took about 2 or 3 hours each while taking my time. I like how everything is all on one dashboard that is pretty easy to navigate through.

Pros:

Nice all in one system that allows me to make sure my drivers are being safe, compliant and protected on the road. The amount of data that is allowed to be stored is also perfect for my industries record keeping requirements. I also like the additional feature of the panic button and how the AI system keeps track of my drivers habits.

Cons:

Installation instructions could be a little more detailed and the live view coverage can be a little spotty depending on the vehicles location.

The Eyeride system fit my industries needs in a better way than the other competitors did.

Linxup was not able to provide my company with the amount of stored data that is required for my industries regulations and they did not offer a system that could also monitor the cargo areas.

Great value Wi-Fi for all your needs

We have been very happy as we have moved a good portion of our fleet to Eyeride. The service is great and the units have been very dependable. The management portal is easy to use but could add support for more in-depth Wi-Fi reporting.

Pros:

Customer support is top tier, I have to say it rivals even that of our own company! Check them out you won’t regret it!

Cons:

The cameras could be a little higher resolution it is no part there fault as a company but I’m sure the technology required to pull off 4k 24/7 is not even in existence
