Fleethouse is a cloud-based platform for fleet management that helps small and medium-sized businesses efficiently, cost-effectively, and sustainably manage their vehicle fleets. The platform offers various modules that can be flexibly added or removed as needed—without hidden costs.

The Fleet Management module includes features such as digital vehicle files, appointment tracking, damage reporting, cost analysis, contract management, and driver assignment.

The Corporate Carsharing module enables efficient management of pool vehicles with a booking calendar, return dialog and delay notifications, automatic rebooking for unavailable or late vehicles, and many other functions.

Other core Fleethouse modules include electronic driver’s license checks, e-learning for occupational safety driver training (UVV), a company car configurator, and a car subscription service in cooperation with FINN—ideal for short-term mobility needs.
