About Passio Navigator

Passio Navigator is our CAD/AVL product, tracking all fleet passenger vehicles for use in other areas, like for management to monitor and to add to our app for passengers, Passio GO. Passio Navigator collects real-time information from vehicles and records them in a safe, web-based platform. This platform also integrates with all other Passio solutions to make our customer's experience seamless. Navigator allows for easy 2-way communication between drivers and dispatchers. AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) can even set off alerts when drivers go out of range of specific geo-locations. Navigator is also a tool allowing agencies to configure their fleet information from changing routes and stops, to sending alerts through our app, and edit LED signage information, AVA on-board, and track passenger counts with detailed reporting dashboards. Easily view the Live Map and dispatch from Passio Navigator.

Pros:

The Augusta University team adopted the Request & GO feature as a means to make routes more efficient. With three campuses located in the same town, the R&G feature really helped to understand the demand and ensure we meet the needs of all locations - including those with low frequency of ridership. R&G has saved us thousands in route efficiency while increasing the student satisfaction with on-time service.

Cons:

The ability to determine how many end users there are active. The system counts downloads, but we ar enot sure how many active students use the product.
