They change their api endpoints on the fly, which disrupts our software integration that we have with them.

I’ve used a lot of management software over the years with many companies, I have never had any of them come close to the customer service Webjoint offers . It is by far the leader!

Cons:

Data entree, as with most new software you have to enter data and learn the system.
