    YMS for TTI

    The YMS team is top notch in the software ease of use and their customer service. The team is always available to answer any questions or concerns with a small town/ family feel to the whole experience. The Software sells itself, but the customer service and the warm "welcome to the family" customer service is why they are successful.

    Pros:
    The ease of use is really important to be able to apply the software to multiple user skill levels. The tutorials and hands on training software was the biggest win for the TTI team. We were able to train all levels of users with a few training sessions built in to the YMS software. Easiest program in the world to use!
    Cons:
    There is only one feature that bugs me and that is the Eagle View being to hard to read, due to the size of our yard. The bigger the yard, the smaller your yard attributes become. Not a deal breaker at all, just one piece I believe can be improved.

    The ability to connect SAP to the their software and again the program is super easy to use and manage.

We're excited to announce that one of the many new features coming out in YMS 2.0 is the ability to zoom in and or quadrant off sections of your YMS Eagle View Screen. This new feature was designed to deliver greater at a glance visibility and is especially useful for our customers with larger yards (1000 + trailers).

    Was able to mold it to what we were needing for smooth movements between warehouses, incoming/outgoing shipments, data capabilities for KPI's, and ease of operations.
    Cons:
    Expanded the intention so we had to literally build what we were running, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] did a fantastic job of building it. WIFI doesn't hold on the tablets...but not sure that's a YMS issue or WIFI issue. We don't even use the tablets any more.
