Key features include invoice creation, customer portal, inspection forms, creditor invoice automation and enrolment workflow management

HR teams using Cypher IQ can manage recruitment processes through the automation of branded alerts and notifications to internal and external stakeholders. The solution enables organizations to streamline enrolment processes through branded communications, payment gateway and enrolment workflow management. Additionally, it offers various EHS forms such as incident forms, inspection forms, SWMS forms, policy documents and more to facilitate safe operating procedures.

Cypher IQ's API facilitates integration with various third-party applications and existing finance systems, CRMs and other management systems. Support is extended via email and phone.

Cons:

Change management. More an internal learning. Like any time you introduce a new system or process the change of employee behaviour is integral. It’s something we’ve learned and ensure we focus on when implementing new ways to do things.

Seamless Finance workflows

It has been a journey for both parties however we would now not be able to function without these workflows. Our timing was fortunate as the workflows were put in place pre COVID and we would not have been able to function during that period without them. This has contributed to our paperless Finance section. Any changes have been integrated and the system improved over time. A pleasant experience overall.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been with me every Step of the way, without his support this process would not have been as easy. When I researched toe product it was not easy to get a system that could handle our delegations. we are an NGO coming under the banner of Health, so we have certain obligations to meet. This company and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] accommodated all our requirements.

Cons:

I Don't have any, Cypher IQ and the team have resolved any small issues that came up during it implementation process, All in all there was nothing major.

They accommodated all our requirements, if I did want to change something, it was not a problem.I was the one that researched this system, .
