The reporting tools. They make it easy to see how my gym is performing, which classes are popular, and where I can make improvements. It's like having a business analyst right at my fingertips.

Cons:

It would be great if gymex added one more mobile app for the staff. This app would allow the staff to provide better customer service and would create a more efficient workflow.
