Endpoint Insights is easy to use and nice to have as a tool in your Enterprise

I still enjoy using the tool and works well when I need it. Endpoint Insights has helped over the years and the reports are nice to have.

Pros:

Endpoint Insights helps gather our data when we need it. It works with our Reports server well and was easy to use. The fact that I can go in and get the warranty data to compare to other sources to ensure the data I am providing to upper manaegement is correct is a huge help. It saves me time and effort in manual data gathering from multiple sources where before it would take days or longer and sometimes be inconsistent. The amount of information around the software it can gather saves you time and helps with Asset management as device info is always gathered. The tools are integrated which makes it easy to use in your daily work and throughout your team. We definitely see the value gained from the tool which has saves countless hours.

Cons:

I have not found any issues while using the product while gathering any data on any report. The reports have always delivered all the information I needed and if I needed to tweak it, then I did.

Pros:

The ability to evaluate inventory based on multiple options has really allowed us to refine our IT needs to specific machines instead of going to each machine to find out it's status of a program or its age. Countless people hours saved!

Cons:

I would have liked to see this be an integrated part of the Recast Server suite and not require a separate installer, this adds time to installs and upgrades.

Took some time to get it working in our environment due to very strict guidelines when we implement new software but once we did it was a breeze to use. Love to have a decent overview over everything. Had PowerBI tables before but this is much better. Thank you!

Cons:

Cost is actually not that bad. Better then other products.

Very Useful tool for Service Desk and Endpoint Admin

Warranty on Hardware and Life Cycle of OS and Apps are very essential information for us. Finally, we have a good tool to generate the related reports.

Analytic Report is very useful for monitoring OS and Application's lifecycle.Another important Report is HW Warranty Report

Cons:

The product is integrated well with SCCM, hopefully it will be integrated more with Intune in the future.
