Great solution for onboarding

With Mentessa we had full project development cycle, form identifying business needs, development, testing, further improvement, implementation, support, analyses, constant fine-tuning and though all phases we had amazing cooperation.

Pros:

Mentessa is user-friendly platform that help us improve onboarding process by providing great online environment for mentoring. The first days at work are highly stressful for both new hires and managers, no matter the experience, position department and having tool that help us overcome those challenges and focus on productive side of onboaridng process.

Cons:

Since Mentessa developed tailored-made solution for us, there are some things in regards to goal-setting and task delegation we would like to improve and these kind of improvements are work-in-progress.

Perfect community and mentoring platform

Pros:

The idea of Mentessa to create a closed platform for our women community inspired us right from the start. The willingness to help and the many offers from women (and men) to support and advise young women and female founders is enormous and Mentessa gives us the opportunity to make better use of this potential. Mentessa brings the people together in an easy way and the mentoring program is perfect.

Cons:

Some technical bugs, but they were fixed fast and uncomplicated. The support team is very friendly and supportive.
