      Over het algemeen erg tevreden met Neoforce. Het systeem heeft veel verschillende functies die tot op detailniveau gepersonaliseerd en/of aangepast kunnen worden. Daarbij kan het voor allerlei verschillende doeleinden gebruikt worden. Naarmate je het systeem beter en beter leert kennen begin je ook meer mogelijkheden te zien. Deze inzichten zorgen ervoor dat je het systeem nog beter kan inzetten in jouw organisatie.

      Uitgebreid systeem met veel functionaliteiten. Erg fijn is dat je tot op detailniveau dingen kunt personaliseren en aanpassen.

      Sommige details/knoppen zitten een beetje verstopt.

      Neoforce is goed in te stellen zodat de applicatie matcht met wat je doet in je bedrijf. Het pakket is zeer flexibel en biedt heel veel mogelijkheden. Zoveel dat je dit nog niet direct door hebt in het begin. Het is fijn dat de heren en dames van support je daarbij ondersteunen en ook meedenken.
      Cons:
      De software is voor veel doeleinden in te zetten en dat kan nogal overweldigend zijn. Gelukkig helpt support je hier goed bij.

      Ontzettend fijn systeem voor klantportaal

      Wij gebruiken Neo4z als klantportaal. Hierdoor zijn de lijntjes naar de klanten kort en blijven onze klanten de aanvragen in eigen beheer houden. De lage kosten in combinatie met de fijne manier van werken zorgt voor veel ondersteuning in de dagelijkse gang van zaken.

      Wij werken met veel plezier met het programma Neo4Z. Door de eenvoudige handhaving voor onze doelgroep, kunnen onze klanten eenvoudig aanvragen doen. Door de automatisering en de manier van insteek van het programma winnen wij veel tijd, die goed aan andere zaken kan worden besteed.
      Cons:
      Ik ben de beheerder van ons portaal, maar als niet it-gerelateerde werknemer kan het weleens zoeken zijn hoe zaken geïmplementeerd moeten of kunnen worden. Dankzij de juiste ondersteuning is dit echter helemaal goedgekomen.

      Wij gebruiken Neoforce voor assetmanagement waarmee we makkelijk onze controles en procedures faciliteren en uitgevoerde controles vastleggen.

      Het zelf kunnen definiëren van datasets waardoor je bedrijfseigen zaken goed kunt vastleggen. In combinatie met triggers, actions waaronder webhooks geeft dit de mogelijkheid om echt te integreren/koppelen met andere programma's.
      Cons:
      Dit zit voornamelijk in zaken die nog niet geimplementeerd zijn/waren in Neoforce maar we merken dat er enorm goed geluisterd wordt naar onze wensen die veelal bij een volgende release wel beschikbaar zijn.
