Aspire view is a platform built on a modern user experience to enable Collective management of organizational and individual contributor performance. From objectives and key results rolling into long-term development plans rolling into 360° performance feedback It's a wonderful tool

Cons:

Certain features could be easier to access in the menu system. Certain nomenclature could be more obvious

AspireVue is a powerful coaching tool

AspireVue has been very useful in facilitating coaching engagements. Especially appealing has been its integrations of multiple self- and multi-rater assessment results with actionable goals and development plans that can be routinely tracked and adjusted as needed.

AspireVue brings together individual and multi-rater assessments, and the setting and tracking of individual and professional development goals, integrating all of these pieces in an overall "development journey" that allows both coach and client to monitor and adjust goals and related behaviors in a timely and appropriate manner.

Cons:

Maneuvering between its multiple functions using the dashboard takes patience although with practice it eventually becomes "second nature."

Cons:

I wish I had more time to explore all the options! Is there a "roadmap" to help orient me to the site? Or a search bar?

Almost everything you need for performance reviews, employee development and goal setting/tracking in one package. The developer is great to work with: knowledgeable, great advice along the way, super responsive.

There's a lot there so it can take a little while to learn which tools and functions are where.

The integration between science and technology is done beautifully. It incorporates psychological assessments and easy to understand metrics that allow both the coach and the coachee to identify where they are and where they are going. There are lots of amazing resources to learn about these metrics and practical ways to both track and implement improvement.

Cons:

None. AspireVue is the best supplement to coaching that I have found to date.
