GroSum is a cloud-based performance management solution for small and midsize businesses. Primary features include goal setting, performance reviews, 360 feedback, scheduling, alerts/ notifications and analytics.

Other features include compensation management, feedback, scoring and grading, review letters and bonus management. The goal management allows users to set personalized goals and key objectives. The check-in module provides real-time engagement with employees and managers via check-ins on feedbacks.

The appraisals module allows users to design review forms, workflows, review acceptance and control access. Users can conduct 360-degree reviews from both internal and external stakeholders. The reporting and analytics module provides performance metrics in form of graphs and excel reports.

Pros:

Grosum provides everything required for conducting appraisals. There are goals, ratings, 360 degree feedback, review letters.

Cons:

The UI & UX is slightly old. There is a lot of scope to improve the website so as to reduce the time required to consume and fill in the required information for appraisals

Effective OKR Platform

We were new to OKR, and it was important to set a process. Their team helped us to understand the traps to avoid while setting Objectives and also helped us get into a cadence of weekly check-in. Great Platform to begin OKRs at affordable pricing for product and consultation.

Not only the platform for OKR is effective, the team helps to get used to the process of OKRs, with shepherd for first few weeks. Helps to clearly define objectives, and link it to Team's objectives. Monthly Cadences is easy to do and schedule. Helps to focus on things.

Nothing in particular. Maybe they can have integration with Online Order Management platform ?
