About HRpuls

HRpuls is a SaaS and cloud-based HR software designed to help businesses of all sizes handle administrative processes related to talent sourcing, employee management, risk assessment, applicant survey, onboarding and more. The recruiting suite enables administrators to simplify the application process by performing several diagnostics such as self-assessment, performance tests and image recognition tests.

Key features of HRpuls include candidate tracking, employee database, interview scheduling, feedback management, payroll accounting, workflow management, GDPR compliance and more. Applicants can utilize the phonebook functionality to gain insights into the team and organizational workflow on a centralized platform. Additionally, the active sourcing functionality allows executives to connect with more candidates based on profile comparison and search requests through social media activities and CVs.

HRpuls facilitates integration with the third- party existing HR systems. Support is extended via FAQs, mobile, email and other online measures.

A software with all the modern feature related to HR

With the help of this we can reduce the human effort and time. It is easy to understand and you can use it easily with the help of one time training and also if you stuck somewhere you can connect with their customer support as they provide you all the support and guide you how to resolve that issue.

Pros:

It has all the modern feature related to HR which is trending now and required by any organization. It helps me from recruitment to exit of an employee. It help you to manage all the personal data with one click. It also help you in getting feedback and analyzing it . It will be suitable for small to large organization and for all the industry. It will increase you productivity and help you to do all the HR function online.

Cons:

I think they can improve their payroll management otherwise it is very helpful in current scenario.

Ein richtiger Allrounder rund um's Thema HR, wirklich viele Produktfeatures, die sich sinnvoll einsetzen lassen und guter Kundensupport

Cons:

Manch einer ist eventuell mit der Breite an Features überfordert, so werden allerdings auch alle Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Man kann es so oder so sehen.

Generell hat uns die Heatmap als zentrale Visualisierung der Bewertungen sehr überzeugt, da sie intuitiv und schnell erfassbar ist. Weitere wesentliche Features sind Filtermöglichkeiten und die unterschiedliche Darstellung der Informationen.

Cons:

Generell könnte je Befragung ein Download mit allen von Probanden gemachten Aussagen angeboten werden. Dies hilft bspw. bei weiteren statistischen Berechnungen, die das Tool aktuell noch nicht abbildet.

Tailorable for business needs. Professional and easy to use and administer. Competent support.

Cons:

Probably not what you would call a sophisticated tool (the part we use is mental health survey only) but its pragmatic and perfectly fine: compliant and fit for purpose.
