We've carefully analyzed Lattice's HR software pricing plans to help you determine which option aligns best with your organization's needs and budget. ed decision that supports your company's goals and growth. __Talent Management plan__ The Talent Management plan, priced at $11 per seat per month (billed annually), equips organizations with a suite of tools to nurture and optimize their workforce. This package includes tools for performance reviews, feedback and praise mechanisms, talent reviews, 1:1 meetings, and goal tracking with OKRs. Optional add-ons for this plan include: - **Engagement** ($4/seat/month, billed annually): Run pulse surveys, track Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), and surface employee sentiment insights to drive engagement. - **Grow** ($4/seat/month, billed annually): Build career tracks, track competencies, and create individual development plans (IDPs). - **Compensation** ($6/seat/month, billed annually): Plan and manage comp cycles, set compensation bands, and generate statements. **Advantages:** - **Robust feature set:** Covers a wide range of tools for managing employee performance and growth. - **Flexible expansion:** Add-ons allow teams to scale capabilities without overcommitting upfront. - **Built-in development tools:** Enables teams to stay proactive with goal-setting, reviews, and regular performance conversations. **Disadvantages:** - **Add-on cost accumulation:** Modular pricing can get expensive as more tools are added. - **High adoption requirements:** Extracting full value from the platform depends on teamwide adoption and consistent usage. - **Not ideal for small teams:** May be more comprehensive than necessary for businesses with limited needs and resources. __HRIS plan__ While not part of Lattice’s core performance and compensation management tools, the HRIS plan—priced at $10 per seat per month (billed annually)—offers a centralized platform for handling employee records and operational HR tasks. It includes onboarding workflows, employee files, custom reporting, and workflow automation, making it a strong option for teams looking to consolidate core HR operations alongside performance tools. Optional add-on: - **Payroll** ($6/seat/month): Handles payroll processing and integrates with employee data to ensure accurate and efficient pay cycles. - **Time Tracking** ($2/seat/month): Track and approve hours, sync employee hours to payroll, and ensure compliance with labor laws. **Advantages:** - **Streamlined operations:** Centralizes employee data and simplifies administrative workflows. - **Strong onboarding tools:** Offers guided onboarding and workflow automation to reduce manual work. - **Custom reporting:** Enables users to generate reports based on their own criteria, without being locked into predefined templates. **Disadvantages:** - **Focuses solely on core HR ops:** Does not include performance or engagement tools—those are offered separately through other Lattice plans. - **Setup complexity:** Users often need to import data from other systems, configure workflows, and train administrators. - **Unclear payroll pricing:** Add-on pricing is not transparent and may vary by organization. __Conclusion__ After analyzing Lattice’s pricing structure, it’s clear that the platform is designed to support a wide range of organizational needs through two core plans—Talent Management and HRIS—with optional add-ons like Engagement, Grow, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Payroll. This modular setup gives businesses the flexibility to scale and customize their HR tools based on their size, goals, and internal priorities. - **For teams focused on performance and development:** The core Talent Management plan offers a robust foundation, covering performance reviews, 1:1s, goal-setting, and feedback. Add-ons like Engagement and Grow let companies expand into areas like sentiment tracking and career pathing, while Compensation supports more advanced planning and transparency. - **For organizations looking for a modern HR suite:** The HRIS plan provides tools for centralizing employee records, automating workflows, and streamlining onboarding. The Payroll add-on integrates directly with employee data to further reduce administrative overhead, while time tracking add-on allows users to set time tracking policies to simplify compliance. Because Lattice’s pricing is modular and billed per seat, companies can start with the functionality that aligns with their immediate needs—and expand as priorities shift. Smaller teams may begin with core performance tools and add modules as they grow, while larger or more complex businesses may prioritize operational systems and deeper analytics. This structure gives organizations the flexibility to build an HR solution that fits both their goals and their budget, without committing to tools they don’t yet need.Compare Pricing

Lattice Review From a Head of HR
5
This is now my second company as Head of HR using Lattice. The tool improves tremendously over time while maintaining the same look and no major learning curve with each "version" released. I'm also lucky to benefit from the Resources For Humans website and Slack channel they've created for HR professionals. I'm able to see reviews for things outside of Lattice like HRIS, ATS, and other opinions we look for. Having ~20k HR professionals at your fingertips even for non-Lattice users is so rare. The investment into HR resources really sets Lattice apart and shows they care about their customers (and non-customers too)! Lattice has worked hard to be a leader in HR tooling and it shows. As we demoed competitors, we continuously returned to Lattice as our preferred tool. We were eager to sign and begin our journey. We're now a year in and thriving with it.
Ratings Breakdown
Reasons for choosing Lattice
Lattice was all-encompassing and cared the most about our priorities and solving those. Our sales rep was extremely attentive and not pushing timelines that didn't align with us. It felt different with Lattice and we knew going into it they were most likely the best but a little higher cost. We found ourselves comparing all other tools vs Lattice and Lattice continued to be our front-runner.
Reasons for switching to Lattice
We were able to consolidate employee engagement into Lattice and away from Officevibe. We were doing reviews within Google Docs so moving away from the clunkiness and lack of data that resulted in.
