Paddle is artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled talent management and succession planning solution designed to help businesses analyze, measure and build skills, create career paths, manage internal mobility processes and more to retain, train, engage and upskill employees.

Paddle combines employees' individual career objectives and organizational goals to create skill development plans. Recruiters can search for specific talent using filters including role title, language, location, skill and department for internal assignments, projects, vacancies and other opportunities. Additionally, businesses can measure supply and demand across employees' skills and overall organizational requirements.

Paddle facilitates integration with various third-party systems such as Taleo, SAP SuccessFactors, Konnexus and more. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via online measures.

I searched around for the products they offer elsewhere and tried several competitors' but nothing beats their software.

Cons:

It's not as robust as some of the others, but you just can't beat the price and customer service.

Cons:
