A great tool for talent management

As of now, it is all good. Looking forward to testing more features.

Functionality

Pros:

I really like that this is not just a candidate testing software, they are focusing on talent management - matching the profiles with the best fitting roles. We often end our efforts for finding the best role for each person when we recruit them but actually it is an ongoing process, where Pulsifi uses AI to be able to match the best.

Cons:

I haven't explored all the features, and for now there are no big issues. I might want to see more tests.
